mathilde brun has crafted a litter of polymer clay creatures that are simply delightful. oh how i wish i could navigate the french polymer clay sites a bit more easily! her websites (i think she has three) are a little difficult to maneuver so be prepared to bounce around.
cute isn’t usually my style, but these little guys stole my heart – whimsical, playful and at the same time very grown up.
brun’s joi de vie is evident in the details of the sweet world she has created. in addition to animals, she makes oddly likeable humanesque-type figures – i think these might be game pieces for a board game. click on the pictures for more.

I think Mathilde Brun is one of the better french polymerclay artists. She has so original creativity !
