i wonder what jen stark did as a child when the art teacher tore open a new stack of construction paper? as other kids were picking colors that they liked, did she ask for the whole stack? we can see what she does today with that construction paper and it is double-take worthy. i’ll bet her 5th grade art teacher is grinning ear to ear.
stark’s love of color is also profoundly evident in her drawings. don’t miss them.
