spring is a time for new beginnings, renewal and rebirth. it is the season when we look back and plan ahead. this year, spring marks the six month anniversary for polymer clay notes (april 3). here is a quick look back at the first six months:
- i wrote 572 posts with more than 700 photos.
- pcnotes enjoyed the company of almost 80,000 unique visitors from around the world. hello world, so nice to meet you…
- you posted more than 480 comments. keep the comments coming – we are having a conversation aren’t we? i look forward to your opinions, observations and suggestions (ok, i admit it, i have also been known to get downright giddy when you gush over pcnotes).
i am having a great time and it looks like you are too!
as i plan ahead, i can tell you that there are exciting things in the works for late spring. look for me to combine my high-energy style with someone many of you know (shhh…it’s still a secret). a little hint about who i’m pairing up with: female, talented and uber high-energy. can you guess who? oh, and the buzz is that this trailblazing team will unveil a cutting edge product for artists before summer. don’t miss what happens when two highly motivated creative types brainstorm every week for several months. curious? sign up for pcnotes news to get the scoop. just click on the shiny new button right underneath the search bar – the one that says ‘sign up for the news’ – it’s that easy!
finally, this season of renewal and rebirth feels like the right time to drop the ‘rose’ from my name. the real change happened many years ago, the name change is long overdue. susan lomuto is susan lomuto rose is susan rose. i respond to all, but i am now using the original version: susan lomuto. that’s low-moo-toe. “What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet” Wiliam Shakespeare (this one’s for you pop. with love.)
don’t forget to sign up for the news! and if you know any artists with a misbehaving muse, spread the news to the muse: polymer clay notes is your very own muse food – non-fat, low cal, high-energy delicious mojo juice. enjoy!
have a great weekend!
