the real thing this time: chocolatework.com is for chocolate enthusiasts and sugar lovers of all kinds. the artistry is superb, but the artists remain a mystery. this chocolate castle stands almost 5′ tall (at least

chocolatework is also home to a few pastillage sculptures. pastillage is a mixture of powdered sugar, cornstarch and gelatin. like the chocolate castle, the pastillage artwork is 5′ tall. this replica of the beverly hotel in new york city was made for the hotel owner’s 50th wedding anniversary. talk about a sugar rush!
