i’m posting from barnes and nobles this afternoon. spent the morning with the cable company – the construction is almost complete – hopefully by early next week – i will let you know when it is done. in the meantime, take a look at this pod. describing the polymer clay and silver beauty, lotus petal says:
“This is my latest pod bead, which features three faces in various stages of bloom: the Thai silver flower opens first, then the face on the lower right emerges from the center of the blossom, followed by the face on the far left, who only has one silver petal remaining by his right cheek. The largest face, petal-free now, is the final stage.”
lotus petal is a writer and surprised herself when this pod emerged. i hope she creates more (her post suggests that she does have more in the works) – she certainly has a feel for the clay.
