polymer clay from around the world

Latvia’s Liva has been keeping an eye out for polymer clay finds in her part of the world. She wrote to me recently to let me know about two polymer clay artists who are on the rise.

Del Moro, from Novosibirsk (Russia) is a newcomer to polymer clay. Hard to believe when you see his canework like the horse and very sweet ‘yawning cat’ canes and the face silhouette cane pictured below. The language is a barrier only if you let it. Just keep clicking through the pictures, like this ‘work in progress’ sculpt. Talented guy…

Xanka’s vine necklace is another great find from Liva.

Liva’s been busy too! Here’s a look at her Butterfly necklace – I love this transformation – Butterfly into woman…sweet! Thanks Liva.

I’m very happy to see my necklace in your blog.
I couldn’t even dream about that when I began to make my own polymerclay things a year ago.
