Janice Abarbanel shows us a little bit of her bead-finishing process this week. I’m a sucker for process pictures. Abarbanel sands the oval bead’s ends flat so that the bead caps will sit properly and she enlarges the bead’s hole, inserting metal tubing for a finished look. Love it!

Amazing how much time is involved in a single bead! Beautiful work, Janice.
