After I finished this bracelet using a filigree form, I started wondering what other metal filigree I could push polymer through and look what I found! Right on my own website! I know what I’ll be playing with just as soon as I catch my post-Synergy breath.
The finding below is meant to be a connector, but I see a pendant, don’t you?
Check out more from Brass Bouquet here.
Tomorrow I continue my reflections about Synergy…

I don’t make masks and I’m not sure if you do, but I immediately saw eyes. I love your idea of pushing clay Susan

…and, I’m still feeling jealous of all of you that attended Synergy!
Barb
Barb –
I don’t make masks either, but the moment I read your comment I saw the eyes too…maybe someone will make a few fabulous masks using the filigree findings and send them to Sarajane Helm for her mask book.
Sorry that you missed Synergy – maybe next time? I have no doubt that you would have been energized by the positive vibe, conversation and unbelievable talent. Cynthia will be featuring a great deal of work from the gallery (and apparently from the necks of the attendees!) for a long time to come. I will continue to offer my reflections on the experience along with some great quotes by panelists and there are several other bloggers who are also sharing their thoughts about this intense event.

hi susan -
Did you see what Cindy Silas was doing with pushing pc through silver? I believe she uses pmc or art clay to create the silver and then pushes the pc. Really elegant result…lovely person too!!!
Thanks a lot for this link ! I tried and i love the result with polymer clay.
