synergy’s lone pasta machine

The only pasta machine that saw any real action at Synergy was three year old Griffin’s. Even though mom and dad are Tracy Holmes & Dan Cormier little Griffin seemed to know that he has to start just like the rest of us:
conditioning the clay
Look at his intense, focused expression – remind you of anyone you know?
Griffin was delightful and charming, much like his gracious parents.
Come back later for more Synergy ‘Inner-Gee‘.

oh me oh my i want to take him home! he is adorable personified!! play date please!!!
No, I was first, Jessica!

Dan, Tracy, I miss him so much, fancy a trip to Spain????
(well, I miss you guys too…)
As “Grif” (the name he seems to go by) was preparing to condition that sheet of clay, I’d offered to help him unwrap the package. He adamantly told me ‘No!’. This little guy knows what he wants….he is definitely a chip of the ol’ “blocks” and is going to go far! He *is* ‘adorable personified’, Jessica! I’d only spent a few minutes with him and his parents one other time a few years ago….what a pure pleasure it was to get to know them a bit more at synergy. They are wonderful and incredibly talented people. Tracy was the _perfect_ choice to act as auctioneer at Saturday night’s event. She pulled it off with finesse, humor and grace…
Look Tracy and Dan, the women are fighting over him already! I see trouble ahead…
FYI – Jessica is my 26 year old daughter who will never get over the fact that Griffin was born 20 years too late for her! She spent some time with him in Philly last summer and was instantly smitten. No surprise there, right Natalia?
What a treat to see how much Griffen has grown since I saw him last (over a year ago). From reading all the blogs and posts it looks like the conference was a big success.
