“When I met Ponsawan at Synergy last February, I learned that she was as effervescent and full of life in person as she was online. Then just days later, the tragic news came that her daughter Ada was seriously hurt in a car accident. Over the past year, our polymer community has watched Ponsawan dedicate herself to helping Ada begin the long recovery back, and I am not the only one who stands in awe at her courage and perseverance.
The Indianapolis PC Guild is hosting a fundraising event to benefit Ponsawan & Ada, and I’ll be sending this pendant along. I know they’d appreciate your support as well if you’d like to help out!”

Can we bid on this pendant? It would be great to have it up for auction to help Ada?
Dear Susan and Julie
Thanks for thinking about me and Ada. The Polymer Clay community had been so supportive, kind and generous. just want to say thanks for being such great friends.

I love Julie’s work…when I first started claying I emailed her to tell her just how much!…and she is such a dear…she gave me some direction in Mokume Gane and also a little goodie bag with some tools…and to top that off 4 lovely beads that she made…*mental note…(I need to make something with those!)….and Ponsawan….I just cannot say enough about this woman….I also had spoke to her telling her how much I loved how she constructs her beautiful necklaces…and I asked what type thread/cord she uses…and she sent me some in the mail along with hand written instructions on how she puts them together….I tell you…the Polymer Clay Community of Artists are the BEST!!….Wonderful People…and I am very blessed to be part of such a group of folks…I cannot wait for Christi Friesens class! Thanks for getting the information out there!…
You are a true talent! I love all of your work and you can tell you love what you do!
I am just beginning my journey in polymer clay. I am being consumed by a passion for creating with the media.
I love all of your work on this website. You are such an inspiration.
Thank you so very much for sharing.
I have only had one workshop and loved the things that I made but nothing as detailed as your creations.
