Those are really beautiful, but I wonder about how well they will keep the flowers alive, since there isn’t extra room around the stems to hold water and the flowers will wick away what touches them quickly. For short term use, though, breathtaking!
Wow, I really like these, and aren’t we desperate for images of spring? Flowers, flowers, flowers! I love it!
such beautiful images, Susan…I’m loving the focus on flowers lately! Signs of spring and rebirth are so welcomed right now.
I love your sidebar as much as the day’s featured art/arists…I wish I had the ability to purchase each gorgeous book you feature! They all look so lovely and fresh…
I saw Olivia at the Desire exhibition last month and her work is fabulous. Sherry, you add water down the tubes which have a reservoir within – I asked Olivia that very question.
I will be getting in touch with Olivia soon. I added an entry for here when starting to build the HCJ Project site, and need to go back and ask her if she would be interested in joining the project and adding new work and exhibition info.
She makes very interesting objects.
