Anne L’Ecuyer’s Washington Writer’s Retreat was a perfect fit for me. After a long day in one of the studios or out in the city documenting the experience, it was a welcome relief to have the comforts of home keep me going as I wrote and edited images well into the night. Chloe and I stayed in the ‘A’ Room with the two sweet cats-in-residence keeping us company. . .what more could I ask for?

That is special. Hotel/Motels have zero in comparison for sure.

What a serene place to stay. I’m glad you enjoyed your time in DC. Been in CT for a bit over 5 yrs now and still miss DC. In fact, I’m headed there on Wednesday for a mini vacation with a dear friend. We’re going to gallery/museum/restaurant hop and just be to our heart’s desire.

I loved your slide presentation and your accompanying story. It certainly seems like a serene place to gather one’s thoughts and re-energize. I cannot wait to see and hear more about your internship.
